However, sometimes information may not be up to date or change without notice. Products, descriptions and prices are subject to change. But we strive to be clear, consistent and correct. We show products accurately as possible but colors may look different on various devices. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Customer Information & Sales:

We ask customers to provide true and accurate information. The Muttly Crew takes steps to verify customer information prior to accepting ORDERS and the company has the right to accept, modify, or decline orders. In the event, a product cannot be supplied,
if not noted on the site, we will notify you via email or phone. We will not sell, rent or share your personal information.

Methods of Payment:

The Muttly Crew accepts various forms of payments including credit cards, debit cards, AND PayPal in USD AND OTHER CURRENCIES ACCEPTED BY PAYPAL. The Muttly Crew is not responsible for third-party service issues for payment processing and data breaches.

Shipping:
We make our costs transparent. We charge for shipping and "pawing" (handling) and sales tax. But we aim to keep these charges low as possible. Currently, we deliver via USPS. If any shipment gets delayed damaged or lost, we will work with customers to rectify the situation and make sure they are satisfied with their orders.

Intellectual Property:
Our site content and features can only be used for personal and informational purposes by the customers and/or users. Otherwise, any kind of reproduction without our permission is prohibited.

Liability:
The Muttly Crew is not responsible in the event of any loss, liability, damage whether direct, indirect or consequential, personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer and his or her PET (FUR-BABY).
