RETURN POLICY

Returns:

We are happy to accept returns by mail up to 30 days after purchase. However, clearance sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Merchandise must be returned via mail in its original condition at the time of purchase, with the tags attached. Returns may be sent to The Muttly Crew, LLC at PO BOX 4182, West New York NJ 07093. They must be mailed via USPS standard FIRST-CLASS mail.

Once we receive the items and process them, we will credit your refund to the original form of payment and include the return shipping fee. It may take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it’s received by our crew.

Once placed, orders can only be canceled or updated within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at info@themuttlycrewstore.com with “Order request” in the subject line.

Clearance Sales:

Clearance sales are final. No returns. Because we cannot guarantee a size or tank style replacement, there are no exchanges on clearance items.
